Custom Orders

All our products are custom order when the customers places a order. If there's something you want and we don't have it our graphic designer can help in designing a one of a kind piece or can send us pictures or something you like.

Damage

We Sale high quality eps foam 3lbs. Unlike most sellers that sell cheap foam. We highly recommend our customers to open and examine the box, when they receive it. It is the customers responsibility to check and inform us within 24hrs of receiving the order if any damages. We will work with the customer in replacing any damaged product. After 24 hours we are not responsible for any damages.

Care instructions

For painting foam don't spray paint or use any strong adhesive glues. We use 100% acrylic paint. we highly recommend that to test out small area before painting. For glitter projects we use washable glue or mod podge glue works best. Foam is very durable and long lasting. mishandling it can cause it to break.

Shipping Address

Buyer is responsible for verifying shipping address on Etsy account. If a order is returned to us because of an inaccurate address we are not in charge of re-shipping the package(s). Customer is responsible and we will do our best to help assist you on getting your package(s) re-shipped at a reasonable fee. Its very important for the customer to notify us before shipment if they want to update their shipping address. We wont confirm information given to us on Etsy order receipt.

Sizing details

For size of the product please read item description carefully before purchasing. For items tall that have description tall that will be the height of the item. For items that in description have written thickness or depth will be how thick the item will be. And for the width of the item will be done proportionally unless specified by the customer. We will not be held responsible if item was purchased and not read item description correctly. For table bases we recommend at least 30in tall and 8in thick.

Wholesale availability

We DO provide wholesale to our customers or event planners with a minimum purchase of $2000 or more.

Delivery

We are located in USA so our shipping is more faster then other sellers that aren't located in the USA. FOR EVENTS: It's customers responsibility to inform us there date of event. Either by messaging us or putting it in the personalization. We can't guarantee if we're not notified the date of event. If customers need there item fast a rush delivery listing could be sent and item can be sent out to get item on time.

How are the signs made?

All our signs are made in the state of the art precision cut machine. Some letter like O,B and V (some.examples) the machine will leave a seam cut to enter in the middle.
